When you use the ooh order services, we will collect your name, email address, phone number, and location information from your device (if you have those settings enabled). If you make purchases through the services, we also collect your payment information, which may include your credit card or debit card number to credit card processing company. As a policy, credit card number is NOT stored with us. We also store information such as page views, computer IP addresses and other statistics in the form of logs. These logs are used solely to enhance the technical performance of our Web site.

Information Sharing

In order to process your order, we must share to Chinatown Visitor Center with the following information every time you place order: your name, address, order detail and credit card information (if applicable). We will not share this information without your consent.

E-mail/ Anti-Spam

We do not purchase bulk e-mail addresses nor do we use the services of bulk e-mail companies for promoting our service. This means we will not distribute, sell or rent your e-mail address to any third party. Additionally, our e-mail servers do not relay e-mail destined for non-local domains.

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

DO NOT TRACK

We do not track users over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore do not respond to do not track signals. Third parties that have content embedded within the service such as a social feature may set cookies on a user’s browser and/or obtain information about the fact that a web browser visited a specific location from a certain IP address. Third parties cannot collect any other personally identifiable information from the service unless you provide it to them directly.
